We offer shipping across New Zealand & Australia. For ready made trinkets we do our best to get your order ready and sent in 1-2 business days. For made to order and custom pieces, please allow 3 days for your order to be made & dispatched. Shipping costs will be calculated as you check out.
If your order is damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible to assist and resolve the problem. Other than products damaged in transit, we do not offer any other types of returns or exchanges so please choose carefully.
