All orders are shipped using NZ Post, shipping will take 2-3 business days to arrive and an additional 2 business days if the order is going to a rural address.

Free shipping is available on all orders over $150, this will be automatically applied when you check out, no code is necessary.

Once you place your order i am unable to cancel and refund this if you change your mind. We do not accept returns for change of mind. If your order has been received damaged by the courier please get in touch as soon as possible and i will do my best to resolve this quickly.

Please allow 3-5 days for your order to be made and handed over to the courier for made to order and custom pieces.

If the product has already been made, i will do my best to have this collected the next business day after the order was placed.

I do my best to package orders in as much recycled packaging as possible, where i do not have anything i will be send your order out in our standard branded packaging.

Terrazzo Trinkets products are not dishwasher or microwave safe, if you spill something on your trinket please wipe it with a damp cloth as soon as possible which will keep this in tip-top shape and ready to use again. While our material can be very strong, please keep in mind that like other homeware items, if it is dropped or lots of force is used on your piece, there is a chance your trinket could break. Terrazzo Trinkets is not responsible for any products that break once they arrive in their new homes.

All my pieces are made by combining a mineral-based powder with a water-based acrylic resin. Each piece is then sealed to create a water resistant barrier and then finished with acarnauba wax.
The materials are a great alternative to plaster or concrete. It is strong, flexible and more durable, making it high impact resistant. Lighter than stone, glass-reinforced concrete and cement products.

Terrazzo Trinkets products can be used for decorative tableware; however, i would not recommend you place food or liquids onto the finished products. The materials used are non-solvent and contain zero VOCs, however, please be aware that this has not tested any eco-resin products for food safety.
